Everything is simple and laid out coming from someone with a very draining training schedule at a high-level it’s great to know I have something simple and repeatable I can use every day. And on top of that, Jordan is a phenomenal baseball purest that’s lived the day to day grind and knows what it takes.

Within a month, I have already seen a difference in my son’s mental approach to baseball. Coach Jordan has been an asset to my son’s development in baseball, not only coming alongside him to share his knowledge, but also encouraging him to keep walking forward.

I am 7 Jordan was my coach for little bit but it was a lot for me to keep up with during baseball season but it help me learn about my mind and it teach me that I need to keep my head up keep trying and reset myself. I hope I can do this again soon
