Mindset With Jordan ("we," "us," or "our") operates mindsetwithjordan.com and The Roster athlete portal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or app, or by submitting your information through our forms or ads, you agree to this policy.

Information you provide.

When you fill out a form on our site, submit a lead form through an ad on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, message us, or apply to The Roster, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your athlete or your situation.

Program and account information.

When a parent enrolls an athlete in The Roster, we collect the information needed to run the program. This includes account details, journal submissions (photos of notebook pages), messages sent through the in-app chat, and progress data.

Payment information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically.

Like most websites, we may collect device information, IP address, browser type, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels.

The Roster is built for youth athletes, and we take their privacy seriously.

• Accounts are created and paid for by a parent or legal guardian. We do not accept enrollments directly from children.
• By enrolling an athlete, the parent or guardian consents to our collection and use of the athlete's information for the purpose of running the program.
• We collect only what is needed to deliver the program: the athlete's name, journal submissions, in-app messages, and progress data.
• We do not sell children's personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the program.
• Parents may review their athlete's information, request corrections, request deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing jordan@mindsetwithjordan.com. Withdrawing consent will end the athlete's participation in the program.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

If you submit your information through a lead form on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, that platform collects the information you enter and shares it with us. The platform's own privacy policy also applies to that submission.

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jordan@mindsetwithjordan.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

California residents.

California law may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
