Information you give us.

When you fill out a form on our site, request a free guide or playbook, join the Roster waitlist, submit a lead form through an ad on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, or message us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your athlete.

Program and account information.

When a parent signs an athlete up for The Mindset System or The Roster, we collect what's needed to run the program. That includes account details, journal submissions (photos of notebook pages), progress data and, for Roster athletes, messages sent through the in-app chat.

Payment information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment details is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Information collected automatically.

Like most websites, we may collect device information, IP address, browser type and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels.

Our programs are built for youth athletes, and we take their privacy seriously.

• Accounts are created and paid for by a parent or legal guardian. We don't accept sign-ups directly from children.
• By signing an athlete up, the parent or guardian consents to our collection and use of the athlete's information to run the program.
• We collect only what's needed to deliver the program: the athlete's name, journal submissions, progress data and, on The Roster, in-app messages.
• We don't sell children's personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the program.
• Parents can review their athlete's information, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing jordan@mindsetwithjordan.com. Withdrawing consent ends the athlete's participation in the program.

We don't knowingly collect personal information from a child without parental consent. If you believe a child has given us information without consent, contact us and we'll delete it.

If you give us your mobile number, Coach Jordan may text you from his own phone about your son's game, the guide or event you signed up for, and his programs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and you won't get any more automatic texts, or email jordan@mindsetwithjordan.com.

We don't sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their own marketing.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as:

• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Website and database hosting
• Email delivery
• Messaging and automation tools
• Advertising platforms, limited to what's needed to run and measure our ads
• Analytics providers

These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.

If you submit your information through a lead form on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, that platform collects what you enter and shares it with us. The platform's own privacy policy also applies.

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask for deletion at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing jordan@mindsetwithjordan.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.

California residents.

California law may give you more rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to ask for deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email jordan@mindsetwithjordan.com. We don't sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Our website and content may link to other sites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.
